RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Lidzy is a design studio based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. All of our jewelry products are made in small batches and all our leather products are hand-crafted on site and made to order. Our goal is to provide you with a product that is thoughtful and of the highest quality.
If you decide that you are not satisfied with your Lidzy web-store order, we will accept returns or exchanges of products in their original, unworn condition, and in their original packaging. *Returns for JEWELRY will be processed for either exchange or store credit. We are unable to issue refunds on jewelry. Upon receiving your order, you have ten (10) working days to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and send your order back. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 working days, otherwise the return or exchange is no longer eligible. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
To obtain an RA number, please contact info@lidzy.com. Your request must include Contact Info, Order# or Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief description for the return or exchange. Please write your RA number on the outside of your package before shipping. Any order sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.
We recommend shipping via FedEx or UPS as we are not responsible for any packages lost while being returned. All refunds will be processed once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items.
*Overseas customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on goods purchased.
*If you are buying a gift and need an extended return window, please contact info@lidzy.com with the details of your situation.
*Store credit will expire 4 months from the date issued.
*Gift cards will expire one-year from the date of purchase.
Return shipping is free of charge for orders with a value greater than $500 with the exception of overseas purshases.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE
At this time, items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, customized pieces, One-of-a-Kind, special orders, deposits for custom work, gift cards, service fees and items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code are final sale and non-refundable. No exceptions; however, they are still eligible for repair.
I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDER
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email info@scosha.com ASAP to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM AS A GIFT
Items purchased at our Brooklyn flagship store or through www.scosha.com and received as gifts may be eligible for exchange/store credit depending on when and where the person purchased it. We will need the name of the person who purchased the gift and the approximate date so we can look up the order number. We reserve the right to decline these returns and/or limit exchange transactions.
